He was very accommodating with our busy schedule and came after hours. The wall in the bedroom looked great from the moment he started working on it. Pure steam just took it right off.

We also had him do our kitchen tiles and the grout. The 7 year old slate never looked better and looks brand new.

We have a baby on the way and had decided to have our carpets cleaned beforehand. Came across this company when doing some research and was intrigued by the dry cleaning aspect of it. I never understood how wet cleaning got all the dirt out (I think all the nastiness sits in the under pad after its been wet). Was a little skeptical about the dry carpet cleaning too but decided to give them a call. Phone service was good and informative, I got a good feeling from it so I booked them to come in to do the job. The area I needed cleaned was the top floor of my house (about 1200 sq/ft). John (owner) came in, hauled his equipment upstairs and went to work. In and out it took a total of about three hours. I came up inspected and it looked really good, carpet was dry and there was no smell I could detect. Week after my dad came by to see the baby's room and asked if we got new carpeting. It did look that good. I would reuse this service and recommend to anyone that requires "I will choose your natural carpet cleaning method over any other method any time. Urine Stains/Contamination

Please note that when cleaning urine stains, there is a difference between cleaning the urine stain and treating for odour. Cleaning existing urine stains MAY NOT remove any associated odour. In fact in some cases,could INCREASE the odour in the air space for a temporary period of time. Please see Odour control link for more info on odour removal.

Pet urine can cause permanent damage to your floors and fabrics, it can also create an unhealthy indoor environment. When urine is first deposited onto a floor or fabric, it is in an almost "neutral" state, which means that it is easier to remove when it is fresh. Once it dries, it turns "alkaline" and becomes more difficult to remove, the longer it is left and allowed to become more "alkaline", depending on the fabric or floor type, it will permanently change the dye structure, therefore causing permanent staining. Even if the soluble deposits are removed, the damage to the dye structure may already be done.To prevent premature staining in the future, clean urine spots immediately by blotting with a white terry cloth towel or plain white paper towels until no moisture is transferred or call us for pet stain removal or urine contamination we specialize in this area.
